Who We Serve

One Independent Voice.
Three Stakeholder Perspectives.

Qualivara operates as the independent technical assurance layer across every principal stakeholder in a renewable energy project. Our role — and our value — is precisely calibrated to who you are and what you stand to lose.

IPPs & Asset Owners

Maximise Yield. Protect Your Investment.

Independent Assurance Across the Full Asset Lifecycle

You have committed capital to generate contracted returns. Every megawatt-hour shortfall, every warranty dispute, every hidden defect that reaches your site without detection — is a direct erosion of your financial model. Qualivara operates as your independent technical line of defence, from manufacturing audit to operating-phase diagnostics.

What threatens your returns

Hidden manufacturing defects
Micro-cracks, cell interconnect failures, and lamination voids undetectable to visual inspection — present at delivery, depressing yield for the asset lifetime.
EPC quality without independent verification
Without a neutral party, you depend entirely on EPC self-reporting and manufacturer QC data, both of which carry inherent conflicts of interest.
Warranty claims with no evidence trail
Module and BOS warranty claims routinely fail when there is no third-party documented baseline from time of manufacture and delivery.
Ongoing yield degradation going undetected
Hotspot formation, soiling loss accumulation, and string-level failures are invisible without periodic thermographic and performance data analysis.

How Qualivara protects your asset

Pre-manufacture factory audits verify supplier QMS and specification adherence before production begins.

DUPRO inspection at critical production milestones captures cell, lamination, and assembly deviations in real time — when correction costs are minimal.

Pre-Shipment Inspection with EL testing provides objective, photographic evidence of module condition at point of dispatch.

Post-commissioning thermographic surveys identify hotspots, soiling patterns, and underperforming strings across the operating asset.

I-V curve measurement and energy yield analysis quantifies the gap between modelled and actual performance, producing a recovery action plan.

Protect Your Margin. Deliver With Confidence.

Quality Verification at Source — Before Risk Reaches Your Site

Your delivery schedule and profit margin are directly exposed to the quality decisions made in manufacturers' facilities thousands of kilometres away. A single batch of non-conforming modules arriving on site — after containers are opened, after cranes are mobilised — can cost more to remediate than months of TPI investment. Qualivara sits at the source, before that risk becomes your liability.

Where your exposure sits

Substandard equipment reaching site
Delamination, cracked cells, poor frame tolerances, and connector non-conformances discovered post-installation generate rework costs that eat directly into delivery margin.
Specification drift during production
Manufacturers under production pressure substitute materials or adjust tolerances without notification. Without DUPRO, these changes are discovered too late.
Client quality disputes post-commissioning
Without an independent conformance trail, IPP and lender challenges to delivery quality are difficult and expensive to refute.
Container damage at dispatch
Improper loading, inadequate securing, and handling damage during container loading are common — and invisible without witnessed supervision.

Qualivara as your quality upstream

Supplier pre-qualification via Factory Audits establishes QMS adequacy and production capability before your purchase order is placed — reducing new supplier risk at the front end.

DUPRO at defined production milestones — cell stringing, lamination, framing, and final assembly — catches process deviations when correction costs are still manageable.

Pre-Shipment Inspection with sampled EL and flash testing confirms electrical performance against specification. The PSIC (Pre-Shipment Inspection Certificate) provides your conformance record.

Container Witnessing with photographic documentation creates an independent dispatch condition record — critical for transit insurance claims and client handover documentation.

Reliability Testing witness services at accredited laboratories verify long-term performance claims against IEC standards, protecting you from BOM substitution risk.

Bankable Assurance. Independent Data.

Mitigating Capital Risk Through Verified Technical Oversight

Project finance for utility-scale solar is structured on technical assumptions — energy yield models, equipment performance warranties, EPC delivery quality — that you cannot independently verify without an appointed third party. Qualivara provides lender-grade technical assurance: independently documented, conflict-free, and aligned to the reporting requirements of debt financing.

Technical risk in your credit exposure

Equipment quality without independent evidence
Manufacturer-issued quality certificates and EPC completion reports are not independent. Without TPI, your credit decision rests on self-certified technical data.
Yield model uncertainty
P90 generation estimates based on manufacturer performance data can diverge significantly from actual asset performance — affecting debt service coverage ratios from year one.
Warranty claim failure
Module and BOS warranty enforcement without a documented independent baseline at time of manufacture and delivery is legally and commercially fragile.
Post-commissioning performance deterioration
Degradation, soiling accumulation, and string failures that erode generation below DSCR thresholds often go undetected without scheduled diagnostic surveillance.

Qualivara as Lender-Appointed TPI

Qualivara holds no manufacturing, EPC, or O&M affiliate relationships. Our technical findings are produced solely in the interest of the appointing party — structurally conflict-free.

We design the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) to your specification, with hold points mapped to your disbursement milestones and reporting formats aligned to your technical due diligence requirements.

EL testing at PSI stage provides a photographic, sensor-verified record of module condition at time of dispatch — the foundational document for any future warranty claim.

Post-commissioning thermographic surveys and I-V curve analysis produce lender-grade performance reports: technically robust, independently signed, and benchmarked against the modelled yield baseline.

We maintain engagement documentation in formats suitable for inclusion in finance documents, technical advisor reports, and insurance underwriting submissions.

Our Position

Structurally Independent.
No Conflicts. By Design.

Qualivara holds no ownership, partnership, or commercial arrangements with any equipment manufacturer, EPC contractor, or O&M operator. Our independence is not a claim — it is a structural fact of how we operate.

This means every inspection report, every non-conformance notice, and every diagnostic finding we produce is generated solely in the interest of the appointing party — without the influence of commercial relationships that would compromise that position.

Engage Qualivara as Your TPI Partner

No Manufacturer Affiliations

We have no commercial relationships with module, inverter, or BOS suppliers.

No EPC Ownership

We do not contract or sub-contract construction or installation services.

Conflict-Free Reporting

Every report is produced for the appointing party only — not shared without consent.

ISO-Aligned Methodology

All inspections are conducted against published, internationally recognised standards.
